Beginner Coaching Sessions

Are you completely new to Pickleball? We’re happy to help you learn the basics of the game.
LOCATION: Trinity Bellwoods Park Hockey Rink, Toronto, ON M6J 2V5
DAY/ TIME: Tuesdays- Coaching starts at 6.00pm sharp until 7.00pm. You will lose your spot if you arrive after 6.10pm. Regular play will resume after 7.00 pm until 9.00pm.
COST: $8 for QPC members (pay with cash or e-transfer to queerpickleballclub@gmail.com upon arrival). There is also a membership form/waiver that you will need to fill out before playing. You only need to do this once for the season.
CAPACITY: 4 sign-ups. You must reserve a spot on the sign-up form. Sign ups open on Fridays at noon. We don’t accept walk-ins.
NOTE: You must attend our beginners coaching or an alternative learn to play clinic before playing in QPC. If you are unable to attend these sessions, you can always book a session with any recommended coaches below.

Natalie Araya (she/her)
Natalie is a Tennis & Pickleball Club Pro who strives to help others learn valuable skills and promotes a healthy lifestyle through racquet sports.
She is a Tennis Canada & Pickleball Canada certified coach who enjoys bringing good people together through sports within the city of Toronto.
She has recently been drafted into the Canadian National Pickleball League for the Detroit-Windsor Drive in the third season. She is looking forward to playing high level pickleball and believes she can bring anyone’s game to the next level with her coaching experience and competitive player background.

- Player experience in 5.0+ Pro Tournaments within Canada (DUPR Rating: 5.4)

Coaching Skill Levels: Available for all levels (Beginners and above)
Coaching Locations: Trinity Bellwoods Hockey Rink and High Park Tennis Court
Coaching Rates:
- Private Lesson – $80
- Semi-Private Lesson – $60 per person
- Group of 3 – $40 per person
- Group of 4 – $35 per person
- Group of 5 – $30 per person
*Balls and spare paddles are provided for all outdoor lessons.

Sara, a former division one soccer player, discovered pickleball in 2015 and began competing in late 2017.
