Drop-Ins / Events
Our sessions are open to Queer Women, Trans and Non-Binary individuals aged 19 and above, and membership with Queer Pickleball Club is required for participation.
Please refer to our Guide to Levels/Assessments to help you determine which session aligns best with your abilities. Also, please review our Safe Space Guide to understand how we play and create a supportive and inclusive environment.
We strive to keep our fees to an absolute minimum and offer support when needed. Check out our Pay It Forward Program to learn how to qualify or help out.
Current Drop-Ins / Events
Sunday All Level Drop-In
(Winter 2025 – Spring 2026)
LEVELS: All Levels – You must have done coaching OR be confident with rules and scoring.
FORMAT: Two brackets of play 2.0 – 2.5 | 2.75+. You need to have a level check of 2.75 OR higher to play in the upper bracket.
LOCATION: Mary McCormick Community Centre, 66 Sheridan Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 2G9
DATE/TIME: Sundays – starting October 5, 2025 at 12.30-3.30 pm
COST: $8 for QPC members (pay with cash or e-transfer to queerpickleballclub@gmail.com at arrival). These fees are collected to cover our permit and insurance cost for the space. With this comes a membership form/waiver that you will need to fill out before playing. You only need to do this once for the season.
CAPACITY: 30 people for 3 courts, waiting list available at arrival.
Tuesday Beginner Indoor Drop-In
(Fall 2025 – Spring 2026)
LEVELS: 2.0 Beginners only (If you are completely new to Pickleball, we kindly ask that you sign up for our beginner coaching session or an alternative learn-to-play session before jumping into these sessions).
LOCATION: Holy Family Community Centre, 141 Close Ave, Toronto, ON M6K 2V6
DATE/TIME: Tuesdays – starting September 30, 2025 at 6.30-8.30 pm
COST: Free – if you have a great time, please consider donating to QPC to help us build and grow!
BEGINNER COACHING: Coaching takes place from 6.30 pm-7.30 pm followed by regular play until 8.30 pm. Sign-ups open at 12 pm ET every Friday for the session on the following Tuesday. No walk-ins.
CAPACITY: 18 people for 2 courts
Please note that this is a City drop-in program, so there may occasionally be attendees outside of QPC.
QPC Uptown Sessions
(May 2026 – July 2026)
LEVELS: All Levels – You must have done coaching OR be confident with rules and scoring.

DATE/TIME: Biweekly sessions on Saturdays at 2:00-4:00pm, until July 18, 2026

CHALLENGE COURT: 1 court will allocated to the challenge court, where winners will stay on for consecutive play – sign up in a pair or solo

QPC Uptown Sessions
(Feb 2026 – April 2026)
LOCATION: Pickleplex Social Club – Downsview, 40 Carl Hall Rd #49, North York, ON M3K 2C1
DATE/TIME: Biweekly sessions on Saturdays at 1:00-3:00pm, until April 25, 2026
COST: $12 per person
CAPACITY: 16 people
BEGINNER COACHING: For first timer, join our beginner coaching session from 1:00-2:00pm. Once completed, you can join in on the regular play until 3pm
Monday Prepaid Membership
(Spring 2025 – Summer 2025)
LEVELS: 2.0 and above. For 2.0 sign ups, you must have completed our Beginner Coaching or an alternative Learn to Play clinic. For 2.5+ sign ups, you must complete an official level check at QPC to be eligible to register.
LOCATION: Trinity Bellwoods Park Hockey Rink, Toronto, ON M6J 2V5
DATE/TIME: Mondays at 5-8 pm
- Part 1 from April 28 to July 7, 2025 (Save July 14 as a potential rainout day)
- Part 2 from July 21 to September 22, 2025 (Save September 29 as a potential rainout day)
COST: $75 (for Part 1 or 2) for QPC members. These fees are collected to cover our permit and insurance cost for the space for the whole membership period. With this comes a membership form/waiver that you will need to fill out before playing. You only need to do this once for the season.
CAPACITY: 50 people for 4 courts.
Thursday All Levels Outdoor Drop-In
(Spring 2025 – Summer 2025)
LEVELS: 2.0 and above
LOCATION: Christie Pits Hockey Rink, 777 Crawford St, Toronto, ON M6G 1R3
DATE/TIME: Thursdays – starting May 1 until September 25, 2025 at 6-9 pm
COST: $8 for QPC members (pay with cash or e-transfer to queerpickleballclub@gmail.com at arrival). These fees are collected to cover our permit and insurance cost for the space. With this comes a membership form/waiver that you will need to fill out before playing. You only need to do this once for the season.

COST: $8 for QPC members (pay with cash or e-transfer to queerpickleballclub@gmail.com at arrival). These fees are collected to cover our permit and insurance cost for the space. With this comes a membership form/waiver that you will need to fill out before playing. You only need to do this once for the season.
CAPACITY: 30 people for 3 courts, waiting list available at arrival.
Remember to wear appropriate indoor/ court shoes for optimum comfort. No need to worry about equipment—we’ve got you covered with pickleball paddles and balls!
Monday 2.5+ Outdoor Drop-In
(Fall 2024)
LEVELS: 2.5 and above – All players will need to be assessed before play for this session.
LOCATION: Trinity Bellwoods Park Hockey Rink, Toronto, ON M6J 2V5
DATE/TIME: Mondays – starting October 1 until October 28, 2024 at 5-8 pm

These drop-in sessions are an opportunity for more advanced players to engage in more competitive play. If you are training for a doubles tournament, these sessions are great for you and your partner to practice at!

QPC Team Cup

PERKS: All participants will receive a QPC tournament t-shirt prior to the tournament date and the winning team will walk away with a special prize!
FOOD & REFRESHMENTS: A light lunch will be provided for all participants. Please bring additional snacks and water to stay energized throughout the day.
SPECTATORS: Friends and family are welcome to come watch and cheer, but space is limited.
